Last updated 30 September 2026. These terms cover this waitlist site. The BetsPal app has its own terms, which you'll see when you create an account.

Joining the waitlist

Joining is free and doesn't create a BetsPal account or guarantee you a place by a particular date. We let people in from the waitlist in batches and may prioritise some tipsters, for example by sport or by what we learn from the optional questions.

You must be 18 or over

BetsPal is a social app about sports betting picks. You must be at least 18, and old enough to bet legally where you live, to join the waitlist or use BetsPal.

BetsPal is not a bookmaker

BetsPal doesn't accept bets, hold stakes, set odds or pay out winnings. Picks shared on BetsPal are the opinions of the people who post them. They aren't financial advice and past results don't guarantee future ones. You're responsible for any bets you place elsewhere.

Invite links

If you share your invite link, don't spam it or post it anywhere that doesn't allow it. We may ignore referrals that look automated.

Acceptable use

Don't submit someone else's email address, submit false information, or try to overload or break this site.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
